Do experts have access to client information? All information in your PrestoExperts client account is confidential. PrestoExperts will never share private client information with its experts.
Are phone sessions recorded? Phone sessions may be recorded for quality assurance purposes.

How does PrestoExperts work as a user? Finding the expert help that you need is easy on PrestoExperts. With more than 30,000 registered experts in many categories
Receiving Replies from Experts PrestoExperts experts who are registered in the sub-category where your request is posted will be able to send you a message.
Rating the Expert We recommend that you rate and leave comments for the expert that you consulted with. Ratings and comments for paid online sessions of 5 minutes or longer.
How to Choose an Expert When you're ready to consult an expert for a paid session, you can either conduct a Live session or contact your expert via Email. 
Your Favorite Experts Favorite Experts are Experts you have selected manually and added to your Favorite Experts list by pressing the 'Add to Favorites' button.
Can I have a call/video session if I live outside the United States? Of course, you'll need only your account setup and you're good to go with Zoom.
What hours are Experts available? PrestoExperts experts are independent contractors and are therefore not required to inform us of their operating hours.

Why was my listing rejected? The following are the main reasons why your listing/s has/has not been approved. The specific reason may be one or more of these.
How long does it take for my listing to be approved? It normally takes up to a week for our Quality Assurance Team to review your listings and to send you an email with information about your expert status.
Registration in Multiple Categories There is currently no limit to the number of categories you can register under, as long as your expertise is relevant to the category and that the category.
What should I set my Session Fee as a new Expert? When setting your session fee, keep in mind the nature of the inquiry, the client’s price range, and your standard fee as indicated in your profile.
Editing Your Personal Details To edit your personal details such as your name, screen name, or email, follow these simple steps: 1. Sign in to your PrestoExperts account. 2. Go to the your personal account, settings you'll have the option to change your details.

Next payment day The next expected payment date can be located under News & Events on your homepage, once logged into your PrestoExperts Expert account.
Session Service Charges PrestoExperts' service charge is applied on a per-session basis, after the client has been invoiced and paid the final session fee.
Where have all my old uncharged earnings gone? In order to view previous Uncharged Sessions, you will be required to filter the date range at the top of the Uncharged Earnings screen.
Where are my pending earnings? Chances are that today is expert payment day.

When PrestoExperts processes experts' payments the funds are deducted from the experts pending earnings...
Promotion Payment When a client uses one of the promotions offered by PrestoExperts, the experts will see an entry that states Promotion Payment.
Tax Forms Under U.S. federal tax law, PrestoExperts is required to request certain taxpayer information from certain persons receiving certain funds from PrestoExpert.
