Being a teacher, Every time I deliver lecture or give an assignment my first priority is my students satisfaction. Because if my student is not satisfied then i am not doing enough. So, after delivering my lecture I ask for feedback on the very next day.
I take feedback about my lecture technique whether its understandable or not to my students.
For me all students are equal I don't distinguish them on the bases of their grades because i believe that every one of us is good at something and that could be anything.
I DO PROVIDE CAREER COUNSELING TO MY STUDENTS FOR THEIR BETTER FUTURE.
I always try to make sure that my students are paying their 100% attention to my lectures by making interesting PPT's and sharing practical knowledge related to topic with them.
Now if I talk about preparation of exams or quiz I give small tasks/questions related to discussed topics with every lecture to my students so that they can practice them and be ready for any exam and pop quiz at any time.
